Bridget Brier began the practice of yoga 14 years ago and was immediately drawn to its sweet and subtle nature. Her practice ebbed and flowed through the years, but it was through her journey into motherhood that she began to understand the benefits of a steady practice. Yoga helped her to return to the present moment and she looks to guide her students to that same place. She seeks to serve each person who comes to her class and to reveal to each student their own potential through asana. As yoga joins the body and mind, Bridget endeavors to reunite each student to them self and to help them join their present self with their own unchanging self. Bridget is a recent graduate of Yogadharma with her teachers Amy Cronise-Mead and Will Mead. She wishes to continue the living tradition of yoga in a joyful and authentic manner, and is eternally grateful to all the patient and loving teachers in her life. She lives in Doylestown with her partner and two young children.
Laura Beth has been practicing yoga for 10 years. She hasbeen certified through YogaDharma as a Vinyasa yoga teacher. The beginning of her yogic path was filledwith space at times; dabbling with yoga and its philosophy from time to time, while only fully engaging with the practice regularly for the past 4.5 years. It was a place to find grounded-ness,clarity, and freedom; to gain strength and to feel radiant. Those same qualities are what she aims toinvoke in her students, along with a greater sense of wholeness. Laura is fun-spirited who likes to add laughter and lightness to her classes, while keeping a sense of purpose andchallenge. She is currently studying to be a Wellness Counselor at the National Institute of Whole Health. Laura resides in Doylestown.
